The Rotary club of Benin for the second time economically empowered three indigent widows with a cash sum of 25,000 naira sum each. The recipients were full of joy and appreciation as they were advised to put it to good use. Group photographs were taken .They are basically into retail trading and the rotary club of Benin was assured that they will put the money into judicious use.
